Chiose‘s house is very cozy and clean. The kitchen is very easy to cook by ourselves. It locates very close to subway station. It’s very quiet at night and we can have a good sleep without noise.

Great location! (1 min. from subway) We enjoyed our stay.

A really cool space, two storeys with bedrooms on the 2nd level. We especially enjoyed the TV room and the dining area – great for big groups to hang out!

Great location, very convenient, for shopping or tourist.

The position of the house is very good, according to the guidance sent by the landlord is very easy to find, the house facilities are very complete, there are three bicycles, can play around the city, very good.

The destination is convenice, near to metro station is easy to find, but there is no big shopping mall nearby. One air-conditioner at the lobby is not cold. The entire experience was unique and enjoyable.

Very comfortable! Everyone can use a big towel, a small towel, toothbrush, shampoo, body wash,etc. Overall, We have a nice trip 🙂

This is a beautiful apartment with elegant touches. It was perfect for our family with 3 kids ( and a toddler). The location is excellent about 70m from a subway station ( couldn’t hear anything) and was close to combinis and local izakayas. The apartment is next to a kids playground and local library that includes an indoor toddler play park. The apartment has a good kitchen and decent shower. Also, we arrived early to drop our luggage and we were greeted by the cleaning staff who brought ice cream and left it in the fridge . It was a nice touch on a hot 30C plus day. We would definitively stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for a family, very easy to get to from the train station on the subway and an excellent park and kinder area just around the corner

Lovely house close to subway station, food stores and restaurants. Several rooms – spacy and nicely decorated bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Helpfull hostess

Extremely wonderful stay. Communication was great, very clean and local to a lot of attractions. The train station is less than two block away and lots of local food places to eat at. Highly recommended!!!! Many thanks Chiyose!!!!

It is a very peaceful and beautiful homestay. It's very close to the subway. It's only one minute's walk from the subway. The ground floor is a little chilly in winter, especially in the dining room.

The apartment looks exactly like shown in the pictures. The bedrooms are upstairs while the washroom is downstairs which made it a little difficult. Other than that, everything else is great.

Great place to stay, very close to the Imperial Palace

Chiyose's house is very close to a major subway system which will take you to Kyoto station. It's a very quiet neighborhood near many places to eat and explore. Her house was clean and very well looked after.

Very convenient location near the Marutamachi subway station. Also very close to a supermarket for self catering and good restaurants for meals. Very clean and well presented. A great Air BNB for this price!

Beautiful 2 story house about 3 minute walk from the nearest train station and a short walk to Kyoto Imperial Palace. Each room has air-conditioning. Both bedrooms were large, had 2 beds each, and are located upstairs. Access to full kitchen (stove, oven for fish, conventional oven, rice cooker) with utensils, pots, and other cookware available for use (be sure to use the correct pan, or the stove will not heat!). Each guest is given 1 large bath towel and 1 smaller face towel for use with an additional fee if you should need to use more. Wi-fi available within the house. The house guide will help you understand some of the appliances if you do not speak Japanese. Our host was very quick to respond to our messages. We loved staying here!

A spacious and stylish flat in a quiet location near the castle/park but very quick and easy to get to main station and downtown as bus stop and underground stations are 2 mins walk away. Our teenagers loved it. Great washing machine and drying area. Easy to cook and good dining room/table if you want to eat in. Local restaurants, supermarkets and bakery all within 5 mins walk.

Chiyose’s house is really great. It is very clean, in good condition and in a fantastic location. We loved staying in this house, it is very comfortable. The host is great in giving prompt response. This house is well recommended if visiting Kyoto and I would love to book this property again in the future.

It‘s a tremendously wonderful dwelling,which provide us a great opportunity to witness the custom as well as architect style of Kyoto.The position of this house is so convenient that we can travel around Tokyo without much difficulty,as it is close to the subway station of Marutamachi.

It was a very nice place to stay in kyoto. 1 min walk from the Maroutamachi subway station. A nice house with space in rooms. We were there for family holidays, kids were too happy. Kyoto coop (supermarket) at one block. Bus direct for gold temple 2 min walk. It was a very pleasant stay for us in kyoto. I’ll recommended. Thank you

My family and I enjoyed are stay here thoroughly – traditional Japanese home Directly across from the metro station as well as next to the Kyoto Imperial Palace. Nishiki market is a Pleasant 15 minute walk and the manga museum very near by – definitely would recommend this to any gentle person – extremely clean and quite – we can only hope to have a chance to return one bright day to explore more of the wonderful sightseeing opportunities around this elegant accommodation. 離地鐵站超近走路不到1分鐘,不過離熱鬧的四條五條地區搭公車會比較方便,房子設備跟照片一摸一樣,值得推薦的好地方

离地铁站近,交通方便｡

丸太町站5出口出来50米即到,位置是没得说｡步行去京都御苑,坐公交车需要走一会儿,也还算方便｡房间很大,设计合理,楼上楼下老人孩子适应了也很舒适,空调暖和｡厨房用品齐全好用,垃圾分类还比较简单,就是筷子长期没用都发霉了｡卫生间有点小仅容一个人转身,楼上卧室如果有衣架或柜子可放东西就更好了｡总体老人小孩都非常满意!

离地铁实在是太近了,超级方便,累了一天,出了地铁口到民宿,简直太幸福了,我们一行两家人4大两小,两个房间正好,一楼休闲,二楼卧室｡很舒适的一次入住体验｡

房屋很干净｡上下两层楼,楼上住两家人没有任何问题｡楼下的客厅里可以打地铺｡离地铁站丸太町大概50米｡各种设施都很全｡很方便｡

地段实际上非常好! 离地铁站步行几十米,真的两分钟就到了｡ 处在中心地带,去哪都方便｡ 就是房子装修可能有一定年代了,整体感觉比较黑暗｡卫浴和厨房应该是翻新过,使用起来还是可以的｡ 不过也是体验了传统日式的房子｡ 卧室睡觉质量不错, 很安静｡

一点不夸张的说､这个民宿是我在京都住的最好的一次了!很干净很舒服､离丸太町站几步路､周围有便利店还有很多餐厅､有些还是二十四小时的餐厅就什么时候吃东西都没有问题~而且东西准备特别齐全､提前准备了一次性的刷牙套件还送了三人份的红茶､还很周到的准备了三台自行车~浴室环境特别好~还带一个小院子可以洗衣服晾衣服什么的~京都很多民宅楼梯都很陡､这家真的好太多､而且感觉是石阶很安全~房间收拾的也很漂亮!我们是当天预定当天入住､房东不仅收拾的很快､而且怕我们热还很细心的留着空调~总之真的很棒!以后来京都一定再来的!

位子很好,京都站出口很近,但厨房厨具不干净,特别垃圾桶有异味｡

餐厅需要加装一个空调,否则太热了!饭厅,开放的厨房,楼梯,过道都是l空调的盲区……,京都最近持续高温,没有冷气太难熬了! 整体面积不大,最多住6人,不然j就会觉得拥挤,地理位置比较好,距离京都御所步行5分钟,l金阁寺,祇园,伏见稻荷都很方便｡ 价格偏高了点,

非常愉快的一次住宿体验,房子干净舒适,交通便利,在地铁站旁边,十分好找,室内j基本设施都齐全,家里人都好享受这次体验,下次也会选择这里

还是很不错的
